Job Description Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm $17.00 per hour We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Formulation Production Worker to join our manufacturing team in Weston, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality formulations while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for mixing, blending, and processing materials Measure and weigh raw materials according to formulation specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with safety and quality standards Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning Record production data and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Identify and report any quality issues or equipment malfunctions Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Assist in inventory management and material handling as needed Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred Knowledge of production processes and familiarity with manufacturing equipment Understanding of safety protocols and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and handle materials Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Knowledge of formulation processes and quality control procedures preferred Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as required Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
