FORMWORK CARPENTER – FULL-TIME POSITION

Beaumont Construction Services PTY LTD is a construction business operating across Greater Sydney and Regional New South Wales. Beaumont Construction Services PTY LTD is expanding and looking for a skilled and fully qualified Formwork Carpenter to join our team. This is a full-time position on a 38-hour basis per week.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Safety procedures knowledge
  • Positive, can-do attitude and enjoy working in an inclusive team
  • Valid Driving License and transport desirable
    As some projects are outside of the Sydney Basin, the applicant must be open to having short periods ( 1 - 3 weeks) of being away from home. Applicant must have trackable references.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Formwork Carpenter to join our growing construction team. You will be responsible for building, assembling, and dismantling formwork structures for concrete pours on a variety of projects. This is a great opportunity to work on exciting projects and be part of a supportive and professional crew.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Constructing and installing formwork for concrete structures
  • Reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans
  • Measuring, cutting, and assembling timber/metal formwork materials
  • Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards
  • Assisting with concrete pours and site preparation as required
  • Making formwork from timber, plywood, plastic, and steel as per shop drawings
  • Selecting and ordering materials required and preparing layouts
