We are seeking a highly skilled AI Deployment Engineer to lead the implementation of advanced AI solutions in operational environments. This role requires strong customer-facing presence, exceptional advisory skills, and the ability to design and deploy AI systems that deliver measurable organizational impact. Job Description Collaborate directly with customers, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise. Own the vision for AI operations implementation, building end-to-end workflows and taking them to production. Translate complex business challenges into actionable technical plans. Rapidly prototype AI solutions to demonstrate possibilities to clients. Engineer production-grade AI solutions with deep knowledge of AI tooling, architecture, and deployment. Manage stakeholder alignment, proactively escalating issues and requesting support when necessary. Design and build LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, agentic systems, and custom data pipelines. Qualifications Proven experience in AI/ML deployment and system engineering. Strong proficiency in AI frameworks. Expertise in large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI agents. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
