Description

About the job

DescriptionWe build AI agents that run real operations for real businesses and we operate what we deploy. Forward Deployed Engineering is Rightbrain’s deployment arm: embedded in a client’s problem, building, deploying and operating AI agents in production on top of the Rightbrain platform. You’ll be the second person on the team, working directly with the Head of Forward Deployed Engineering, and you won’t be the last teammate: we deliberately scale with human-in-the-loop automation and specialised AI agents embedded in our own Slack, email and delivery pipeline. Part of your job is working with, and eventually helping run, that hybrid human-and-agent team.
