Description
Experience building, deploying and maintaining small web apps or services, such as forms, bots and dashboards.
Hands-on experience creating and maintaining workflows in n8n or Make.
Practical experience with LLM APIs: prompting, tool calling, structured output and validating results.
Confidence working with REST APIs, webhooks and Slack or Telegram bots.
The ability to take ownership of a project: work directly with HR to understand the process, agree on requirements, arrange access and test the solution, while keeping the CTO updated on progress and risks.
A careful approach to financial data, including reconciliations and test runs, and sound judgment about where LLMs are useful and where calculations need fixed rules.
