FORWARDING AGENT AIRFREIGHT

As a Forwarding Agent Airfreight you are responsible for the entire process of airfreight shipments: from quotation requests and customs documentation to delivery at destinations worldwide. With your expertise, you advise customers on the best transport solutions and ensure smooth and efficient handling of all import and export shipments. You maintain daily contact with customers, airlines, and other carriers, monitor shipments, and respond proactively to any deviations. In addition, you strengthen customer relationships and process quotation requests. You also coordinate, together with airfreight agents, the road transport to and from the airport. All activities are recorded in the TMS system with the correct documentation.
