For our location in Hamburg, we are looking for a Forwarding Agent Sea Freight Export (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• You will be responsible for handling LCL and FCL shipments in accordance with our quality requirements.
• You will be responsible for scheduling, notification and invoicing to our customers.
• You will be responsible for checking the invoices of shipping companies and packing companies.
• You will ensure daily correspondence with our worldwide network and our customers in English.
• You will be responsible for complaints management.
