As a First-of-Service (FOS) representative, you will be the initial point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products or services. Your primary goal is to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Care Executive (CCE) team to deliver exceptional service and resolve customer inquiries promptly and efficiently. Act as the initial point of contact for customers to ensure a positive experience and foster long-term loyalty. Collaborate with the Customer Care Executive team to resolve inquiries promptly and efficiently within the collections team.
