We’re currently seeking a Foster Care Case Manager who is compassionate, organized, and driven by purpose to join our dedicated team. What You’ll Do As a Foster Care Case Manager, you’ll support children in state custody and the families caring for them, helping move each child toward permanency, safety, and well-being.In this role, you will: Manage a caseload of approximately 13–18 children Conduct regular visits with children, parents, and foster families Coordinate family and sibling visitation Facilitate Family Support Team (FST) meetings Partner with courts, schools, therapists, and child welfare professionals Attend court hearings and provide case updates Connect families to community and support resources Complete accurate and timely documentation Transport children to appointments when needed Participate in limited on-call rotations (after-hours support is compensated) Travel Requirements: Regular in-state travel (Kansas City, Columbia, Springfield, Cape Girardeau, etc.) Occasional out-of-state travel for kinship placements What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who leads with empathy, stays organized under pressure, and communicates effectively with families and professionals. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related human services field Experience working with children and families Valid Class E Driver’s License CPR Certification (or ability to obtain) Why Work for TFI Family Services?
