Job Description As a Foster Care Worker, you will work closely with children and families to ensure children can thrive safely in their home environments. You will teach skills such as emotion regulation, healthy communication, conflict resolution, and building healthy relationships. Additionally, you will support foster parents by helping train, license, and guide them in providing the best care for the children in their homes. Qualifications If you have a bachelor’s degree in a human service field is acceptable when supervised by a professional holding a master’s level qualification, we want to hear from you! We provide comprehensive training to help you excel in this role. If such supervision is not available, a master’s degree in social work or a related discipline is required.
