Production is done in a two-person team. Places interlocking spring modules into metal grid, and tacks edges with a clip gun. Unit is secured to a wooden frame using a staple gun. Preferred Requirements: * Ability to read and interpret documents, including but not limited to safety rules, procedures manual and policy manual. * Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with Department Supervisor, Lead, Coworkers and other personnel. * Demonstrated ability to solve problems in a practical, methodical way while working with a sense of urgency. * Able to read and follow a written set of procedures. * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand for extended periods, to sit and talk or hear. * While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. * The noise level in the work environment is moderate. * Safety glasses are required PPE.
