SUMMARY: The Minnesota Vikings Foundation Associate is a critical position to aid the Foundation’s growth and impact in the community.  The role will focus on supporting both the development and programmatic elements of the Foundation. For development, the associate will execute Foundation auctions, assist with event planning, and support other fundraising efforts. On programming, the associate will assist with day-to-day operations of the Vikings Table Food Truck and Vikings Voyage STEM Education programs, will be responsible for planning contractual events, and assist in expanding Foundation programming. The position will be exposed to many aspects of non-profit and professional sports philanthropy while helping the Foundation achieve its mission of advancing the well-being of youth through engaging health and education initiatives. In addition to the duties described above, the Foundation Associate will take part in the Vikings’ exclusive Leadership Development Program. This program will provide regular opportunities for professional development, exposure to organizational leadership and the ability to develop skills critical for the Associate’s future career growth. A fundamental part of the program will include clearly defined goals between the Associate and their Supervisor that will be tracked and measured for progress throughout the term of the program.   This is a temporary full-time position that will begin on June 1, 2026 and conclude on May 28, 2027, unless otherwise determined. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   * Assist with the operation of the Vikings Table food truck program which could include execution of on-site distributions and developing existing and new community partner relationships. * Execute daily operations of the Vikings Voyage education program which takes place at U.S. Bank Stadium and in partnership with the Science Museum of Minnesota. Duties would include coordinating on-site field trips, Stadium communications, ordering giveaways and more.  * Manage social media posts and strategy for Minnesota Vikings Foundation in collaboration with team social media. * Administrate Minnesota Vikings Foundation auction program including game day execution, building auctions through software management, inventory oversight, shipping, and social media promotion. * Oversee operations of the Chuck for Charity fundraising activity which operates on Vikings game days, Training Camp, and during special team events. * Lead, organize and execute the Vikings Draft Party Foundation Garage Sale including cross-departmental collaboration, item collection and all-staff communications.  * Assist in team donation committee oversight including agenda preparation and collaborating with finance team to administer donations and all supporting documentation. * Facilitate and ideate exclusive experiential opportunities which could be fundraising opportunities for the Minnesota Vikings Foundation. * Manage all shipping, receiving, and product ordering for Minnesota Vikings Foundation programming, fundraising, and events. * Manage internal design and project management Foundation requests through Wrike software.   * Help with planning and execution of Minnesota Vikings Foundation special events like the annual Golf Tournament, VIP Training Camp, annual holiday reception, and more. * Aid in research, ideation, and implementation of new Foundation programs that support the mission around youth health and education. * Activate additional community and fundraising activities at various community, team, and other special events (examples – Game Day, Training Camp, NFL Draft Party, Legends Weekend, etc.). * Support other strategic Social Impact and Vikings organizational initiatives as assigned.   QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:  * Recommended degree in Non-Profit Management, Social Work, Business, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Sports Management, or other closely related fields. * Knowledge of non-profit operations, fundraising, community programs, organizations, or charitable giving programs * Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and a proven ability to work effectively with diverse communities. * Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record to build trust and rapport quickly, especially with external stakeholders. * Required ability to be detailed, responsive, and concise with all written and verbal communication.  * Must possess a high level of integrity and a demonstrated ability to deal effectively with confidential information. * Ability to navigate challenging circumstances under pressure and demonstrated skill in conflict resolution. * Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of projects and follow through to completion. * Proficiency in basic computer systems to successfully navigate Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Powerpoint, and ability to learn organizational software such as Wrike, FMX, OneCause and DonationX.   CONFIDENTIALITY REQUIREMENTS:   This position requires the individual to have access to confidential records and information.
