Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director to manage all aspects of annual fundraising events
  • Source and manage event vendors; prepare and evaluate RFPs
  • Conceptualize new event opportunities to increase donations
  • Present and manage Marketing plans used to promote events as well as grow donor base
  • Maintain donor and grant recipient data using Donor Management platform and Monday.com
  • Prepare event reports and board presentation materials (KPIs, photos, YOY comparisons)
  • Collaborate on social media promotion and email donor outreach
  • Manage the Foundation website and cross-train staff for support
  • Coordinate volunteers and event logistics, including setup and breakdown
  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks (donations, vendor payments,
  • reconciliation)
  • Attend and oversee all Foundation events, including evenings and weekends
