Role Overview Lead a structural crew to execute foundation repair and waterproofing projects at a high level, on time, on budget, and done right the first time. You own the outcome. Responsibilities Plan and execute foundation repair systems including piers, wall stabilization, drainage, and encapsulation Adjust in real time as jobsite conditions change Ensure jobs stay on track Lead, train, and hold your crew accountable Set the pace, standard, and tone on site Solve problems without waiting for direction Communicate clearly with homeowners Ensure work is completed cleanly and professionally How You Operate You take ownership, no excuses You solve problems instead of passing them up You hold the standard, even when it’s hard You lead by example Compensation and Benefits Top-tier hourly pay with a strong performance incentive structure. Requirements 2–10 years experience as a Foreman in foundation / structural repair Experience installing piers, wall stabilization systems, and drainage systems Proven ability to lead crews in the field Comfortable working in crawlspaces and physically demanding environments Valid driver’s license If your background is only general construction, this is not the role.
