Are you an ambitious graduate eager to dive deep into the inner workings of a high-growth startup? We are looking for a Founder Associate to help us scale our GTM organisation. This is an unique opportunity to work alongside our founders and leadership team while rotating through key departments: Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Recruiting. Over the course of a year, you’ll gain hands-on experience, discover where your strengths lie, and develop a holistic perspective on how the commercial side of a startup operates. After completing the program, we would love for you to take on responsibility and grow a department that matches your strength.
As a hybrid company, we value in-person collaboration and expect employees to work from our Munich office at least 3 days a week.

What you will work on:

  • Sales: Experience in pipeline generation, supporting in integrating our suppliers and revenue growth
  • Customer Success: Learn how to build and maintain strong customer relationships while actively supporting our customers in different queries
  • Product: Contribute to product development, user research, and product enablement
  • Recruiting: Gain insights into growing an organization, finding the right talent and nurturing them throughout the process.
