Tasks We are looking for a Founde Associate Intern to support our Expansion plans in Switzerland: Support the CEO and management team in executing strategic initiatives across departments. Assist with sales outreach, including cold calling potential restaurant partners and following up on leads. Help manage partner accounts, onboarding processes, and operational follow-ups. Contribute to marketing campaigns, content coordination, and performance tracking. Prepare internal reports, presentations, and summaries for meetings and stakeholders. Requirements Motivated selfstarter that wants to join a fast growing startup: Strong interest in startups, food tech, and/or the hospitality industry Excellent communication skills – confident on the phone and in writing (German and English) Hands-on, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently Analytical mindset – comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reports Fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and reliability Based in or able to work from Zurich (hybrid possible) Timing: Flexible 6-9 Months Part of any Higher Education Institution in Switzerland Benefits CHF 2000 Provided administrative support for working permit Discounts at Future Kitchens® Workdays: Monday - Friday
