Cherry Ventures is supporting our portfolio with this hire Founder Associate - Growth (f/m/d - Remote - CET +/- 1h) About Weflow Weflow's Revenue AI Platform automates Salesforce data capture and provides full visibility into deal, pipeline, and forecast health. 200+ fast-growing companies like Retool, BenchSci, IDnow use Weflow to improve team productivity, sales performance, and revenue predictability. Weflow is backed by Gradient Ventures, Cherry Ventures, and renowned angel investors and run by repeat founders Philipp Stelzer and Janis Zech. Tasks As a Founder Associate, you'll be closely working with the Weflow founding team on go-to-market projects - including product marketing, messaging & positioning, content marketing, paid, social, and outbound - to drive pipeline. This role is designed for future founders planning to start a SaaS company and aiming to become a world-class go-to-market founder. Requirements Excellent academic background in economics, business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, computer science or related field You are pro-active and ambitious, armed with good communication skills and a passion to change the world! Strong analytical and communication skills as well as hands-on mentality - only the implementation satisfies you Being a flexible generalist and solution-oriented pragmatic as well as proficiency with Excel, Powerpoint and curiosity for new technologies First experience in highly competitive environments such as a high-growth start-up, management consulting, investment banking, or venture capital is a plus Experience in different areas of B2B SaaS marketing such a paid, social, content, or GTM engineering.
