Role Overview We’re hiring a Founder Partnerships Manager to build and manage relationships with early-stage founders. This is a conversation-driven role focused on understanding founders, identifying gaps in their messaging, and guiding them toward working with M3. Key Responsibilities Founder Engagement Speak with early-stage founders to understand their product, market, and current challenges Build strong, trust-based relationships Opportunity Identification Identify founders preparing to raise capital or struggling with clarity Assess whether M3 can add value Pipeline Management Maintain and track a pipeline of founder conversations Follow up consistently and move opportunities forward Outbound & Inbound Reach out to relevant founders with thoughtful, personalized messages Manage and respond to inbound interest Light Community Building Support small founder groups or discussions (WhatsApp, Slack, etc.) Keep founders engaged over time Requirements Experience as a founder, or early-stage startup operator preferred Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to understand and break down startup ideas quickly Comfortable speaking with new people daily Organized and consistent with follow-ups What This Role Is Not Not a traditional marketing role Not a high-volume sales/SDR role Not focused on corporate partnerships or brand deals Compensation Competitive base salary Performance-based incentives linked to conversions and pipeline quality
