ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive, high-performing Founder’s Associate to work directly with the founder of a fast-paced estate agency and multiple growing businesses. This is a unique, hybrid role blending client-facing property work, business operations, and personal support.
From managing viewings and handling trades to booking travel, assisting with launches, and running personal errands, no two days will be the same. You’ll need confidence, discretion, common sense, and the ability to juggle priorities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to grow alongside a founder.
