Konvo is hiring a Founder’s Associate to work directly with Guillem (CEO) across operations, GTM, and company-building. This is a force-multiplier role: 50% building repeatable systems across GTM, CS, investor reporting, hiring, and 50% parachuting into high-impact company priorities — fundraising prep, tooling migrations, hiring key roles, growth experiments, or closing operational gaps. Requirements Proven Ability to Execute: You have 1–3 years of experience in competitive and performance-driven environments (e.g., tier 1 consulting, investment banking, business development) where analytical excellence, speed, execution and ownership are crucial Academic Excellence: You have a BSc in Business, Economics, Finance or Engineering.
