The Role As a Founder’s Associate, you will support the three founders in their daily tasks and report directly to them. Ideally, you are a generalist with strong operational project management skills, while always keeping a strategic perspective. Tasks and responsibilities Operational & Project Management: Drive key projects forward with a hands-on approach, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables are met. Partnerships & Stakeholder Management: Support the founders in building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, partners, and other key stakeholders. Financial Modelling & Finance: Contribute to financial models, support fundraising materials, and help oversee reporting and forecasting. Go-to-Market & Sales: Begleiten der Konzeption und Umsetzung der Go-to-Market-Strategie sowie Unterstützen bei der Weiterentwicklung des Medical Sales-Teams. Healthcare Focus: Bring in knowledge or a strong interest in healthcare to shape our product and partnerships with relevance and depth.
