Join us on our mission: We’re looking for a motivated Founder’s Associate Intern (d/f/m) to help us scale our company and drive venture-building initiatives as we work towards building Europe’s largest Virtual Power Plant (VPP) together with Enpal, Europe’s biggest Greentech unicorn.
This role is about developing and executing strategies to support sustainable growth and operational scalability. You’ll work closely with our founding team and key stakeholders to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and lay the foundation for long-term expansion.If you’re eager to learn, excited about scaling businesses, and ready to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!

A SHORT NOTE FROM YOUR FUTURE LEAD
I’m Fabian, Co-founder at Flexa. My passion for the energy transition began early, during my first internship at a wind farm contractor when I was just 16. Watching those massive turbines rise from the ground was a moment of awe that still resonates with me. After starting a few of my own ventures and completing my studies in Finance, I transitioned into the consulting industry, where I eagerly immersed myself in energy projects. From that point on, I was hooked.
Building Flexa is both a tremendous motivator and a significant responsibility for me. It’s an incredible opportunity to work on some of the most complex and critical challenges our society faces today, alongside a team of exceptionally talented individuals.
