We are looking for ambitious students (3+ months) who want to go beyond a “typical internship” to shape the Go-to-Market (GTM) with a start around September 2026. As a Founder’s Associate Intern at Pactos, you will work directly with the founders (ex-BCG, WHU) and take full ownership of projects from day one. Pactos is a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup transforming how companies manage their external workforce. Our AI-powered platform integrates the entire process end-to-end, enabling organizations to manage external staff in a compliant, transparent, and efficient way. Aufgaben 🚀 Drive Go-to-Market execution – Work directly with the founders on sales and operations initiatives – from lead generation to closing support. 🧩 Business Development – Run your own projects across Sales, Marketing, and Operations, designing scalable processes and new initiatives. 💡 Challenge & solve – Formulate hypotheses, test them hands-on in the market, analyze data, and derive insights that move the company forward. 🎯 Engage with customers – Join demos, interviews, and calls with HR, Procurement, and Operations leaders to capture real customer needs. 🛠 Prototype & improve – Use no-code & AI tools to build automations and improve workflows. 🤝 Be a sparring partner – Work side-by-side with the founders on strategic and operational challenges, gaining firsthand experience in building a company from scratch.
