We are currently seeking a Founder’s Associate (m/f/d), who will join us on our mission to tranform the frozen food industry by building the first premium frozen food brand – let’s get started! Tasks THE ROLE We are now looking for a highly motivated Founder’s Associate to work directly with the founder team and all stakeholders on operational and strategic projects. We are looking for this role to be based in Berlin, Germany. WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH Work closely with the founders on day-to-day operations and long-term high-impact projects Spearhead special projects and your own strategic initiatives, such as developing the expansion strategy and identifying new ventures, sales channels or markets – always hands-on and fully responsible Conduct market research and analyze data to inform decision-making Develop and implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity across the organization Collaborate with teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Support hiring, onboarding and development processes Prepare investment reports, board and investor meetings Work and support on investor relations and during fundraising processes (Series A) Requirements WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Analytical mindset – really good with numbers and strong analytical logic and rigor Both, a strategic thinker and a hands-on mentality Ability to speak directly with customers, suppliers, partners and investors, and take the initiative to get involved Excellent academic background in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent A winning personality with strong people and communication skills Fluent in German and English Experience in the food industry is a plus +2 years of experience in a highly competitive environment such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital or a high-growth startup Benefits A successful and growing company: Join a growth company that is pre Series A and has been nominated “Testsieger” - best frozen pizza in Germany!
