ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive, high-performing Founder’s Associate to work directly with the founder of a fast-paced estate agency and multiple growing businesses. This is a unique, hybrid role blending client-facing property work, business operations, and personal support.
From managing viewings and handling trades to booking travel, assisting with launches, and running personal errands — no two days will be the same. You’ll need confidence, discretion, common sense, and the ability to juggle priorities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to grow alongside a founder.
