As a Founder’s Associate, you’ll work directly with the CEO on various projects across operations, finance and sales. You'll be exposed to the fast-paced world of startups and your contributions will have a direct impact. This is a great role for someone that is self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal hand-holding. Responsibilities: Operations: Own the customer activation journey including KYC, account setup and card logistics. Tackle operational needs with speed and clarity while identifying chances to automate workflows (e.g n8n). GTM: Build targeted B2B lead lists, test new outreach strategies and help prepare materials such as presentations, case studies, and media. Own the CRM end-to-end, track pipeline activity and support wherever needed. Finance: Support with month-end customer reporting. Review data across systems and help identify any discrepancies that need attention. Content: Help shape our brand through social posts, blog content and marketing materials. Assist with product updates, newsletters, etc. Investor Relations: Work closely with the CEO to prepare investor-facing materials, including presentations, forecasts and market research. More: Building a startup means you will need to be prepared to roll your sleeves up on anything that comes up. This is a rare opportunity to operate like a founder inside a fast-growing company on a variety of tasks and contribute wherever needed. Requirements: 0-3 years of experience in fast-paced environments like startups, consulting, investment banking, or venture capital. B2B sales experience is a strong plus. Ability to work independently, define your own projects and goals, and execute them with minimal oversight.
