About BukuWarung BukuWarung is a fintech platform serving MSMEs across Indonesia and the Philippines - creating a financial Operating System for MSMEs. The role The Founder's Office is where BukuWarung's most important and least well-defined problems land. You'll work directly with the Chief of Staff, one step from the CEO, across three workstreams: Operational improvement — diagnose broken processes across business functions and own the fix end-to-end. Not a deck, a working solution. Philippines expansion — partner with the in-country team to accelerate growth, close execution gaps, and coordinate between Jakarta and Manila. Assigned high-priority problem — go-to-market for an AI product, a revenue deep-dive, scaling a product vertical, or a new market entry. Must-have 4+ years in fintech, AI, high-growth tech, or a startup where you owned more than your title suggested Track record of diagnosing operational problems and driving fixes end-to-end Strong written communication — clear, concise, no filler Cross-functional comfort — finance, product, ops, sales High ownership instinct Based in Jakarta; overall Southeast Asia experience a plus Strong preference for Fintech/payments background Exposure to AI products Prior founder's office, chief of staff, or high-accountability generalist experience at a fast-paced role You are someone who figures things out.
