What You’ll Do 🚀 Strategy & Execution Tackle problems with structured thinking, solid research, and sharp execution. Take ownership across strategy, marketing, ops, and partnerships to unlock big opportunities Launching New Stuff (GTM for product lines) Work directly with the founder to imagine, shape, and launch new product lines. Build and drive partnerships with external players—companies, financial institutions, and key stakeholders. Special Projects (the exciting, high-impact stuff) Lead cross-functional projects that fuel growth and innovation. From designing org structures to incentive plans to processes Goal Setting & Tracking Collaborate with the founder to define business targets. Build processes to track progress and keep the momentum strong. What We’re Looking For 👀 2–4 years of experience in either top consulting firms or high-growth startup environments. UG/PG from a top-tier school. An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong grasp of how startups work and scale. Someone proactive who can own projects end-to-end (no hand-holding needed). Excellent communicator who can work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders. A natural problem-solver who loves breaking down complex challenges into simple, actionable steps.
