About the Role As an Executive in Ditto’s Founder’s Office, you’ll support high-impact projects across multiple business functions. This generalist role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, working with data, and managing execution. You’ll help enable better decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and support key strategic initiatives. What You’ll Do Perform data-driven analysis to uncover insights and track performance metrics. Build dashboards and automate reporting processes. Lead the execution of cross-functional projects across business, ops, and product teams. Coordinate with stakeholders to align on goals and timelines. Conduct research and benchmarking to support ongoing initiatives. Own and manage operational tasks for new launches or process improvements. What are we looking for? 0–2 years of work experience in a fast-paced startup, generalist, or business support role. Strong analytical skills - proficient in Excel/Sheets; SQL knowledge is a plus. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership. Effective communicator who can collaborate with diverse teams. Why Join Us?
