This role sits inside the war room of Instawork’s robotics labs and works directly on robotics development and scale-up—covering field execution, ops, data workflows, and internal tooling. You’ll see how extremely fast-paced startups are built: cross-functional, messy, and execution-first. What You’ll Do Travel frequently for on-ground robotics execution, QA, and ops. Represent the Founder’s Office with authority and drive outcomes. Own Excel / Google Sheets that run real workflows—trackers, models, dashboards. Build scrappy internal tools, automations, and scripts (vibe coding > perfection). Drive cross-functional follow-ups and close loops end-to-end. Absolute Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable) Have organised a college fest / large campus event (core organising team). Extremely strong Excel / Google Sheets skills. Comfortable being authoritative in high-pressure environments. Willingness to travel and operate at high intensity. Bias for action; no dependence on step-by-step instructions.
