Responsibilities

As a Founders’ Associate, you will be the sparring partner for our C-level and be on the forefront of all new project and business optimization.

  • You will play a crucial role in launching new initiatives, partnerships and projects that will drive the company forward.
  • You support, with your analytical skills and your hands-on mentality, our Chief of Staff and Founders in strategic and operational activities.
  • You not only apply our internal strategy process, but also develop it further together with the different teams you will be working with
  • You collaborate with cross-functional and cross-market teams including Product, Marketing and Sales to ensure aligned execution against business goals.
  • You will use data to question the status quo and identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
