EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

• 1-3 years of experience in a consultancy, investor or at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, previous GTM experience is a strong plus
• Tech savvy: You know how to use the newest tools and are eager to implement AI wherever possible
• English C1, German skills are a plus
• Experience with legal tech or professional services is a strong plus

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an exceptional Founders Associate to work directly with our CEO, Janina Möllmann, with a core focus on our go-to-market strategy and growth initiatives. You will be the strategic right-hand to our CEO, taking ownership of growth functions while accelerating our marketing and community efforts.
