Tasks

You're right in the thick of things from the very beginning – not just a bystander.

Whether in the daily operation of our apartments or in the development of new locations: You ensure that everything runs smoothly, think along with us, pitch in and take responsibility.

Your tasks:

• You will support the search, analysis and acquisition of new commercial units and develop creative strategies for our location expansion.
• You coordinate the entire setup process for new apartments – from the initial property survey and design to the final furnishing and check-in of the first guests.
• You monitor the performance of our existing units, optimize processes and ensure an outstanding guest experience in day-to-day operations.
• You will work closely with our Cleaning & Maintenance teams to ensure Homely's quality standards are met in every detail.
• You will take on your own projects – from process optimization to strategic pilot initiatives – and bring your ideas directly to the management team.
• You will work directly with the founders, gain deep insights into the building and scaling of a growing hospitality startup, and actively shape Homely's future.

You are curious, eager to learn, and truly want to understand things – not just observe, but actively participate. You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, maintain a clear overview even in turbulent moments, and tackle challenges with pragmatism and energy.

• You enjoy taking on responsibility, participating in decisions, and driving things forward.
• You are a real go-getter – instead of waiting, you actively look for solutions yourself.
• You are communicative, think entrepreneurially and contribute your own ideas.
• You speak fluent German and English and are comfortable working in an international environment.
• You have a driver's license (Class B) and are not afraid to drive through Berlin or to new locations.
• Experience in hospitality, real estate or startups is a plus – but more important is your drive to learn new things and take on responsibility.
