Description
Über Uns Want to take on real responsibility from day one and actively shape the future of a fast-growing company? VoiceLine is a rapidly scaling, VC-backed startup from Munich that just closed a €10 million Series A led by Alstin Capital and Peak. We build an AI-powered platform that helps field sales and service teams turn conversations into structured data – enabling faster documentation, deeper analytics, and seamless integration with existing enterprise systems. Together with leading enterprise customers like DACHSER, ABB, Knauf, and KSB, we are making frontline work future-proof. We’ve achieved 10X year-over-year growth, and we’re hiring the people to make the next 10X happen. Deine Aufgaben As a Founders Associate Intern – Growth, you’ll work directly with our CEO on the highest-impact initiatives to accelerate VoiceLine’s growth trajectory. This is not a classic internship where you observe from the sidelines – you’ll own projects end-to-end, operate with an 80/20 mindset, and move fast to drive measurable results. What you can expect: Craft compelling sales enablement and marketing materials that help our go-to-market team win enterprise deals Conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, and strategic research to inform growth decisions Identify and implement operational improvements across sales, marketing, and customer success workflows Support the CEO on ad-hoc strategic projects – no two weeks will look the same Leverage the full AI tool stack to 10X your own productivity and pioneer new ways of working for the team Location: Munich, Germany (on-site preferred, hybrid possible) Type: Internship (full-time) Duration: Minimum 3 months Start: As soon as possible Languages: German (min. C1) and English (min. C1) required Dein Profil What you bring: You are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a top-tier university (Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar) You are driven, hungry to learn, and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you figure things out yourself You think analytically and work with an 80/20 approach – you know how to focus on what moves the needle You are fluent in both German and English (written and spoken) You have hands-on experience leveraging latest AI tools (Claude, Cursor, v0, etc.) in your daily work – or a very strong willingness to dive in and learn immediately You are based in Munich or willing to relocate for the duration of the internship Strong plus: Previous internship(s) at a top-tier management consultancy (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or experience working directly with C-level executives at a scale-up or high-growth startup A portfolio or examples of work where you used AI tools to produce outsized results Deine Benefits This is not just an internship – it’s a launchpad. You’ll get the kind of CEO-level exposure, strategic ownership, and speed of learning that most people don’t experience until years into their career. And of course there are some other nice benefits: Direct mentorship from the CEO and exposure to board-level strategy in a Series A company scaling across Europe A dynamic environment with flexible working hours and a strong team culture Attractive and fair compensation package A modern office in the heart of Munich with free drinks, protein bars, barista style coffee and an amazingly powerful vibe
