Aufgaben
Your Mission
We are looking for a highly motivated Founders’ Associate with a background or degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (including those currently completing their studies) to join our team and gain hands-on experience in strategic and operational business functions. In this role, you will work closely with our Co-CEOs, contributing to key projects across strategy, sales, marketing, customer success, and finance. Your affinity for AI, digital tools, business development, and social media will play a crucial role in supporting both our and our customers’ B2B business growth and personal branding initiatives. By actively engaging with our operations, you can make a real impact and gain valuable experience in a dynamic, B2B-focused, tech-driven startup environment.
Your Responsibilities

Strategic Support

• Collaborate closely with our Co-CEOs and assist with various operational tasks and projects, gaining comprehensive insight into company management.

Client Support & Service Delivery

• Assist in providing high-quality AI-driven services to our B2B customers. Work with the team to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success, including contributing ideas for LinkedIn strategies.

Business & Financial Modeling

• Contribute to developing our business and financial models, including market analyses and revenue forecasts.

Qualifikation

Your Talent & Profile

• You are currently enrolled in or have recently completed a degree program in law, business administration, or a related field at a university (preferably in Germany).
• You are eager to gain hands-on experience in strategic and operational business functions within a dynamic, tech-driven startup environment.
• You are passionate about AI, digital tools, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram) and have gained initial experience in leveraging these platforms for B2B business development and personal branding.
• You possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• You are self-driven, motivated, and ready to contribute actively to key projects, from business and financial modeling to supporting client onboarding and customer success.
• You communicate fluently in both German and English, both written and spoken, enabling you to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Your written communication is clear, precise, and tailored to the audience.
• You have a hands-on mindset, love problem-solving, and are excited to take on challenges, getting things done effectively. At the same time, you value structure, ensuring your work is well-documented and aligned with team goals.
