Tasks Assist the founders with day-to-day operations and strategic planning to help scale the business. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the staffing and recruiting industry, specifically focusing on Gen Z talent. Support the development of marketing and outreach strategies to attract both potential candidates and client companies. Help organize and coordinate events or workshops aimed at connecting Gen Z talent with go-to-market teams. Take part in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our services and company mission. Requirements You're a current student or recent grad with a passion for startups and innovation. Excellent communication skills in English; German is a bonus! You have a knack for social media and digital marketing. Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude. Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
