REQUIREMENTS:

  • First experience as a generalist in a fast paced environment such as consulting or at a startup
  • Sound financial skills, including the ability to analyze financial statements, manage budgets, and update financial models
  • You are approaching the completion of your degree or have recently graduated from university. Alternatively, you possess outstanding experience that demonstrates your strong commitment to entrepreneurship.
  • High analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Interest or experience in sustainability, ESG consulting, or related fields.
  • Strong affinity for technology and AI, with a desire to learn about AI solutions and their role in ESG.
  • Fluency in English and another major European language (preferably German or French).
  • Excellent excel skills

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As a Founder’s Associate Intern, you will play a crucial role in driving key projects and supporting the growth of our company. Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of operational, financial, and strategic tasks that contribute to enhancing business efficiency and success.

  • Work closely with the founders to support daily operations and long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Take ownership of strategic projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely progress and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to assist in decision-making processes by preparing data-driven insights, financial analyses, and action plans.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform and shape our B2B strategy, engaging directly with potential clients and partners.
  • Monitor and optimize financial performance by developing budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Continuously improve internal processes, proposing and implementing financial and operational enhancements to drive efficiency.
