REQUIREMENTS

You are resilient, creative and reliable. You don’t give up and find new ways. Your qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, VC, investment banking, or a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver cross-functional projects with high autonomy.
  • Analytical, structured, and comfortable with both strategic thinking and execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—you can work with clients, partners, investors and internal teams with confidence and empathy.
  • A true builder mindset: proactive, adaptable, and relentlessly solutions-oriented.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Excitement for enterprise software, new technologies, and helping organisations solve complex IT decision-making challenges.

Responsibilities

You’ll work directly with our founders across strategy, operations, finance, and go-to-market efforts. You won’t just observe how a company is built—you’ll build it yourself. This is the perfect fit if you’re looking to accelerate your career, own your workstreams, and make a tangible impact from day one.

  • Strategic project execution: Work closely with the founders on high-priority projects—ranging from go-to-market initiatives to product and investor strategy.
  • Ops & delivery: Keep the company running behind the scenes. Help structure internal processes, coordinate with clients and partners, and track initiatives end-to-end.
  • Market research & insights: Analyze customer, competitor and investor landscapes to support strategic decisions and product direction.
  • Finance & investor management: Assist in financial planning, reporting, investor updates, and pitch deck development.
  • Marketing & brand support: Contribute to marketing campaigns, social media, client events, and external communications.
  • Solve what’s missing: If something isn’t working—or doesn’t exist yet—you’ll take ownership, fix it, and move fast.
