Description

JOIN PROJECT EADEN AS FOUNDERS ASSOCIATE

Climate change is accelerating, with meat production as a major driver. Yet billions of people love eating it, and global consumption continues to rise. At Project Eaden, we believe the solution lies in creating a new generation of delicious, animal-free meat that billions can enjoy—helping save the planet in the process. And that’s exactly what we do.
Work together with the founder team to help them build the business and work on special projects to create insights, tools, infrastructure and teams where there are none today.
This is more than a job—it’s your opportunity to turn ideas into action and help tackle one of the planet’s most pressing challenges. Let’s build a sustainable future together.

Responsibilities
  • You work directly with the founders of Project Eaden and support them with key processes like annual planning and quarterly OKRs as well as daily ad-hoc tasks. From important staff meetings to regular board and investor meetings - you help prepare and run them.
  • You think through our company’s priorities: You regularly review our priorities and performance, and challenge our thinking and activities. Based on these learnings you help us derive initiatives and actions that make us better and stronger going forward.
  • You spearhead special projects: You identify and fill gaps in the organisation. You start creating tools, infrastructure, partnerships and teams where there are none yet.
  • You are a good fit if …
  • You have superior problem solving skills and like to disentangle complex questions at a fast pace
  • You love to manage and optimise how groups work and thrive together as a team
  • You are used to challenge yourself, being out of your comfort zone, and learn quickly
  • You communicate with ease and precision with people from different backgrounds in English and German
  • You like to make things happen and act fast, in alignment
  • Ideally, you have spent 2-3 years with one of the leading consultancies, preferably McKinsey, BCG or Bain
