We’re looking for a motivated Founding Account Executive (m/f/d) to join and drive the sales and customer growth efforts at our Ecosystem Company. As a Founding Account Executive you will act as a product evangelist in Germany and be responsible for managing the full sales funnel from prospecting to closing, helping legal professionals adopt an AI-powered tool that transforms how they work. Join the A11 Ecosystem – Our Ecosystem company is a fast-growing legal tech company building AI software that helps law firms research, analyse and draft legal work faster and more reliably, with verifiable sources at its core. In this role, you’ll: Become an expert on the product and act as a trusted advisor to customers Manage the entire sales funnel including prospecting demos and deal closing Work closely with prospects to understand their needs, pain points and goals Monitor the German market and identify new opportunities Provide product and market feedback to the product and leadership teams to inform development Prove early market traction before the sales team scales Typical tasks: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in the German legal market Deliver product demos tailored to customer needs and use cases Negotiate and close contracts with new customers Track sales activities pipeline and conversion metrics Collaborate with marketing and customer success to support onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction Your Profile: 1–3 years of experience in a sales role, managing the full funnel Strong user of sales tools such as HubSpot and Sales Navigator A founder mentality - comfortable with ambiguity and ready to get things done yourself Excellent communication skills in German and English Self-driven and eager to work in a fast-growing startup environment Bonus: familiarity with the legal industry or a law degree Please note that this position is based in Berlin/Munich.
