DESCRIPTION:

  • Proactively generate leads and nurture a pipeline using cold calling, email, and social selling tactics.
  • Make high-volume outbound calls daily to identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Research target industries and key accounts to craft compelling outreach scripts and tailored pitches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, compliance leaders, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments, demonstrations, and negotiations to drive deals through the full sales cycle.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to refine messaging based on market feedback.
  • Achieve—and consistently exceed—monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline data in our CRM.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong focus on outbound prospecting and cold calling.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales quotas through high-energy cold outreach.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, phone presence, and persuasive negotiation abilities.
  • Self-starter mentality with drive to win new business independently as well as in a team.
  • Experience selling compliance, risk, legal, or HR SaaS solutions (preferred).
  • Strong research and account mapping skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
