ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an entrepreneurial Founding BCBA to help build the clinical foundation of a fast-growing network of independent autism care practices. This is a leadership role for a clinician who wants to shape how high-quality ABA is delivered at scale while supporting other clinicians to launch and grow successful practices. You will work at the intersection of clinical quality, workforce development, and clinician engagement, helping design the systems, training, and supports that enable BCBAs and RBTs to thrive. WHAT YOU’LL DO BCBA Engagement and Community Building * Develop programs that attract, onboard, and retain high-quality BCBAs * Facilitate peer learning groups, case consultations, and clinical roundtables * Build clinician feedback loops to continuously improve clinical workflows and tools * Support clinician-entrepreneurs launching and scaling independent practices CEU and Professional Development Programs * Design and deliver CEU opportunities for BCBAs and RBTs * Build a structured continuing education curriculum aligned with clinical quality goals * Partner with external experts and internal leaders to deliver advanced clinical training * Ensure compliance with BACB continuing education requirements RBT Workforce Development and Training Pipeline * Develop scalable training pathways from entry-level candidates to competent RBTs * Create onboarding programs, competency assessments, and mentorship structures * Partner with recruiting and operations teams to strengthen hiring pipelines * Implement retention strategies including career ladders and performance-based development BCBA Clinical Supports and Supervision Infrastructure * Build systems and resources that support high-quality supervision practices * Develop treatment planning guidance, documentation standards, and clinical protocols * Provide consultation on complex cases and clinical decision-making * Support new clinical leaders and practice owners in developing management skills Clinical Quality and Practice Enablement * Establish clinical best practices and outcome tracking frameworks * Design tools and workflows that improve efficiency without compromising care quality * Collaborate with product and operations teams to embed clinical standards into technology * Help define metrics for clinical excellence and continuous improvement WHO YOU ARE * Excited about mission-driven work improving access and quality of autism care at a systems level * Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing * Preferred experience in practice ownership, clinical director, operations, or multi-site leadership roles strongly preferred * You are extremely ambitious and want to build something meaningful at high velocity. * You are comfortable working harder and moving faster than most people. * You thrive in environments with little structure and high accountability. * You are a systems thinker who instinctively turns chaos into repeatable processes. * You can manage a large volume of parallel priorities without dropping details. * You communicate with clarity and judgment, internally and externally. * You bring strong analytical horsepower and can move between strategy and execution seamlessly.
