Business Operations (Founding BizOps) Location: San Francisco (in-person, 6–7 days/week) Total Compensation: $160K–$210K TC Role Type: Full-time, founding team About Virio Virio is the AI marketer for enterprise. We help vertical SaaS companies turn LinkedIn into their #1 GTM channel by combining agentic AI research with human content engineers. We are building the operating system for social selling inside modern B2B companies. The Role We’re hiring a Business Operations leader to bring structure, clarity, and leverage to a fast-scaling company. This role sits at the center of the business. You will work across finance, GTM, recruiting, delivery, and internal systems to make sure the company scales cleanly. You are not a PM. You are not a strategist only. You are an operator who turns ambiguity into execution. What You’ll Do Work directly with founders to drive priorities forward Track goals, decisions, and follow-ups across teams Build and maintain operating dashboards and models Identify gaps in execution and step in to fix them Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across GTM, delivery, and recruiting Prepare materials, notes, and insights for leadership decisions Make sure nothing important slips through the cracks Who You Are 5+ years experience in consulting, strategy, or business operations MBA preferred but not required Extremely organized, analytical, and execution-oriented Comfortable working across teams without formal authority High ownership, low ego, founder-level accountability Thrives in fast, intense, in-person environments Benefits $160K–$210K total compensation 100% paid medical, dental, and vision 401(k) $1,000/month wellness & meals stipend Company-wide annual off-sites
