About the Role We’re seeking a Founding Commercial Lead to build the company’s early partnerships, customer relationships, and business infrastructure. You will establish and grow external engagements, support investor interactions, and build the core business processes needed for scale. This role is ideal for a high-agency generalist who is energized by operating across multiple domains and owning outcomes end to end. Responsibilities • Establish and grow relationships with partners, customers, and external stakeholders. • Support investor engagement and contribute to capital strategy and preparation. • Develop commercial programs, including contracting, customer workflows, and early revenue processes. • Handle finance, legal, and business operations activities as the organization evolves. • Step into any high-priority business area to create clarity and momentum. Qualifications • Network across industry and investment communities, with experience driving external initiatives. • Background in partnerships, commercial strategy, operations, or similar functions in high-growth environments. • Strong cross-functional instincts and ability to collaborate closely with technical teams. • Founder-like mindset with comfort switching between strategic and hands-on work. • Adaptable, fast learner able to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities.
