Responsibilities

THE ROLE: FOUNDING DESIGNER

We’re looking for a sharp, systems-minded Product Designer to join our fast-growing product team. This is a high-impact opportunity to design tools that will reshape how the automotive world collaborates with its suppliers.
You’ll partner directly with our founding team, engineers, and industry experts to create a first-of-its-kind experience for the industrial enterprise — all powered by AI.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Define & Shape: Take ambiguous problems and shape them into structured product experiences. You’ll help define what features should be and how they should feel.
  • Design Workflows for AI Agents: Translate complex workflows into intuitive, action-driven user experiences — balancing automation with control, and AI intelligence with human oversight.
  • Think in Systems: Design components and flows that scale across multiple modules, teams, and use cases — from dashboards to agent actions to supplier profiles.
  • Collaborate Deeply: Work hand-in-hand with engineers, PMs, and AI researchers to build smart, usable, high-performance interfaces.
  • Own the Craft: Lead end-to-end design execution — from wireframes and research to polished prototypes and developer handoff.
  • Drive Feedback Loops: Conduct lightweight user research, gather customer feedback, and iterate quickly to improve usability and impact.
