REQUIREMENTS:

• 4-8 years of backend software engineering experience
• Strong builder/founder experience - ideally a founder (CTO) or founding engineer in a VC funded company with traction
• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI/Flask
• Top Tier University - IITs, Stanford, MIT, UC Berkley, Princeton (and maybe Columbia, Georgia

Tech, Harvard, UCLA)

• Clear, meaningful reason to switch jobs - not just passively looking
• Strong product intuition and bias toward velocity
• Bonus: Experience with fintech, ERP/accounting systems, or AI infra is great-but not required
• 6-day/week highly committed team
