ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Founding Engineer at Dealops, you’ll be instrumental in building our core deal pricing product and shaping the future of sales optimization. You’ll work directly with our founding team to create innovative solutions that help companies maximize their revenue potential.

You’ll drive critical initiatives including:

• Building our core deal pricing engine that combines machine learning and rule-based systems to generate custom pricing and packaging recommendations
• Creating and running A/B testing infrastructure for pricing experiments that have consistently driven double-digit revenue increases for our customers
• Developing natural language-powered customer-facing tools that enable infinite customization of the Dealops platform and reduce customer onboarding time by 10x
• Owning and driving the development of entire product features or suites
• Helping shape our product roadmap and technical architecture as we build toward becoming an end-to-end sales optimization solution

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll help define our technical culture and have outsized impact on our product direction. From day one, you’ll be deeply involved in:

• Champion customer needs and drive product direction
• End-to-end project planning and execution
• Technical decision-making and architecture

As our team grows, you’ll have opportunities to expand your impact through engineering management or technical leadership roles, mentoring new team members, and driving major technical initiatives.
