REQUIREMENTS

• 2–5 years of full-stack engineering experience, ideally in a startup or product-focused environment
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern web frameworks (e.g., Remix)
• A product-first mindset—you think about UX, edge cases, and business outcomes, not just code
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and contribute across functions, not just technical areas
• Comfortable working onsite with a collaborative, in-person team in New York City

ABOUT THE ROLE

They’re looking for a product-minded Full Stack Engineer to join their founding team. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to ship fast, shape the product, and influence the broader vision of the business. You’ll work across the entire stack to deliver tools that real people in the field rely on every day.
This isn’t just a coding job—it’s an opportunity to help define how the team works, what gets built, and how the product evolves as the company scales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build core features across the entire product, from front-end interfaces to backend infrastructure
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap planning, and user feedback loops
• Collaborate closely with design, founders, and customers to ship high-impact functionality
• Help evolve the engineering culture, processes, and standards as the team grows
• Take ownership and push projects forward with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment
