• Your Role & ResponsibilitiesYou sit between our clients' operations and our platform. You own the path from messy real-world workflows to a product that delivers significant time savings and real insight to our clients.Own the architecture. AI writes a lot of code, and it writes it fast. Everybody on the team is a builder and contributes to the platform — you make sure it works, scales, and meets our clients' security requirements.
• Understand the client. You work closely with institutional real estate owners and asset managers: from the asset manager approving invoices to the executive who needs the portfolio report, you translate customer needs into product features.
• Shape and ship the solution. Claude Code, Cursor and whatever comes next write the code; you write the requirements, orchestrate the agents and review what comes back. You own scope, sequencing and the trade-offs.
• Drive customer success. You work closely with clients through pre-sales scoping, onboarding, customisation and the feedback loop after. Your role is not only to build, but to make sure our clients love what you build.

• Wie müssen Organisationen arbeiten, wenn KI Teil ihrer Wertschöpfung wird?
• Welche Anwendungen sind technisch möglich – und welche wirtschaftlich sinnvoll?
• Wie wird aus einem KI-Piloten eine Lösung, die im Unternehmen wirklich funktioniert?

Du bringst dabei die technologische Perspektive ein und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden konkrete Anwendungen.
