Until now, most of our frontend focus has been on our Outlook add-in — that’s where the product started. We’re now building out our web application: the cockpit where customers see and manage their AI agents. This is largely greenfield, and it’s yours to own. We’re looking for someone who cares deeply about how things look and feel — not a designer, but someone who notices when spacing is off, when a layout is cluttered, or when a flow just doesn’t feel right. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Building out the customer cockpit from the ground up — the main web-app interface for managing AI agents. * Translating product requirements into interfaces that are clean, clear, and actually pleasant to use. * Caring about the details — good spacing, consistent typography, layouts that just feel right. * Building and maintaining a component system that keeps things consistent across the app. * Integrating with backend APIs and working closely with the team on data flows. * Keeping the codebase maintainable as things move fast. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * 5+ years in frontend development with React and TypeScript. * You have an eye for design — spacing, typography, visual hierarchy. You're not a designer, but bad UI bothers you and you can do something about it. * Solid with TailwindCSS, HTML5, CSS3. * Experience with state management (Redux or similar) and build tools (Webpack, Vite). * Comfortable integrating RESTful APIs. * Bonus: experience building SaaS, CRM, or ERP products, ideally in insurance or fintech.
